ABOUT THIS ROLE: Under the direction of the CIO, the AMS Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the organization’s Association Management System (AMS) - Aptify from Community Brands, and related applications. The AMS Administrator will serve as the in-house AMS ecosystem expert for AAPA staff. Their primary responsibility will be the health and integrity of the AMS and its data. This will come in the form of a wide range of tasks including identifying and implementing AMS best practices, researching, and assisting with AMS upgrades/enhancements, documenting data dictionary and data standards, and establishing reporting protocols.
