What you will do:
The primary duty of this position is to support the activities of the Member Services Division, including the Education, Membership & Marketing, and Conferences & Events programs. As IANA’s Member Services Coordinator, you will:
Assist with the identification of potential participants for educational programming.
Collect and maintain speaker contact info., biographies, and photos. Coordinates planning calls with event participants, note-taking, and follow-up.
Maintain current education information on the website and in the conference app.
Provide support for webinar delivery platform management, including setting up sessions, coordinating registrations, operating the interface for broadcasts, and tracking performance metrics.
Provide support for the Scholarship Awards program, including logistics for Annual Student Case Competition.
Assist with membership application processing and researching prospects for recruitment activities.
Provide backup support for IANA’s three standing Committees.
Provide support for the Association’s marketing activities.
What we are looking for:
An organized, innovative, and motivated self-starter with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while meeting assigned deadlines.
Must possess high levels of verbal, interpersonal, writing, and problem-solving skills.
A member-focused team player with an outgoing, positive attitude.
Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple and competing interests.
Tech savvy with demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of association management systems (specifically netForum) highly desired.
Working knowledge of design programs (Canva, Adobe suite, etc.) and web-based applications (JotForm, Smartsheet, MapYourShow, etc.) a plus.
2+ years of experience providing meeting planning and support within a fast-paced, professional environment (preferably at a trade association).
Undergraduate degree required.
