The National Association of Home Builders is seeking a Senior Manager, Membership Marketing, to work with the VP of Marketing and the Membership Development team to increase membership and improve membership engagement and member retention.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns with the appropriate targets and measures.
Execute side-by-side with high-performing, highly collaborative marketing and membership colleagues to promote member benefits and the member recruitment program.
Collaborative with copywriters and designers on the design, production, and distribution of membership collateral materials used by NAHB and its Affiliates.
Collaborate with NAHB divisions, partners, and affiliate leaders to drive brand awareness and product awareness among members, prospective members, and other target audiences.
Serve as a strategic partner to the education and affinity program.

Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of four years of experience in marketing design and production process management.
Experience in developing and executing recruitment and retention membership marketing efforts.
Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
Association experience, with knowledge of trade association membership, is preferred.
