We’re looking for an organizational guru who can expertly support our small but mighty staff, coordinate projects, assist with supporting our Regional Chapters, marketing, event planning and take on special projects as needed.

This is a permanent, full-time, remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Chapter Support:
Provide administrative support for our 12 Regional Chapters to maintain growth at the local level by virtually hosting quarterly meetings for Chapter Chairs & Vice Chairs, issuing annual surveys, keeping support package up to date and updating community files when necessary.
Regularly support the Regional Chapters in the following areas as outlined in the Support Package: marketing emails, elections, event creation/registration management, website updates, and various support requests as needed.
Managing Chapter membership: maintain Chapter Board membership and terms of service in NASTT database. Responsible for adding and updating contact and company records related to chapter activities. Prepare and distribute quarterly chapter statistics.
Ability to enhance the Regional Chapters by continuing support efforts and growth opportunities based on wants/needs of the Chapters and their feedback and in alignment with NASTT strategic priorities, vision, mission and operational procedures and Chapter bylaws.
Event Planning Coordination:
Set up and manage the annual No-Dig Show registration.
Schedule, coordinate and note take as required for various committee meetings.
Provide administrative and logistical support for NASTT conference educational session track schedules and other various support tasks.
Facilitate event set up and close out in NASTT database and registration process as required by various events. Prepare necessary reports.
Liaison for the annual No-Dig North conference: maintain timelines, agendas, various support efforts to better the show management process.
What You’ll Bring to the Job
A minimum three years of successful experience in administrative and event planning support. Preferred membership association or relevant experience.
Experience in prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced remote working environment.
Familiarity with web-based tools and applications including AMS/CRM systems, preferably Impexium, MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Suite, Constant Contact, Wordpress or similar platforms.
Friendly, tactful and have solid, professional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to travel may be required to support administration and event management in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Valid international travel documents are required.
Adaptable team player willing to work in a small staff environment in which all staff handle multiple functions and do what is necessary to get the job done.
Embrace cross-cultural sensitivity when engaging with the globalized community of our organization.

Location
The NASTT Regional Chapter and Events Coordinator shall maintain a professional in-home office with a mobile telephone and a high-speed internet connection. The in-home office may be located anywhere within the United States, Canada or Mexico.
