The Chief Learning Officer is responsible for developing the strategy and administering the content delivered for professional development and other leadership training initiatives offered by CREW Network. The CLO will be responsible for developing and implementing all education program content across all platforms as well as creating a new initiative called the Leadership Learning Journey + develop strategies for educational programs and selection of speakers. The CLO must be an independent worker. This position manages an external meetings consultant who is responsible for logistics as well as the Sponsorship and Education Coordinator positions.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or other similar field. Successful candidate will have at least 10 years managing educational programs, personal training, and other professional development initiatives. Must also possess strong skills in learning theory, business analytics and online learning programs. Must have association experience + experience developing educational programs for associations. Commercial real estate knowledge is a bonus, but not required. Leadership skills development is a bonus but not preferred or required. Overnight travel required for 6-8 events per year.
