POSITION SUMMARY (Short summary of the essential purpose of the job) The Manager, Continuing Medical Education (CME) supports the Society’s educational activities, with a focus on the 20 activities that offer CME credit, by providing guidance on tactics reflective of adult education strategies, by assessing the short- and long-term effects of the ASH CME program, and by contributing to the preparation of grant requests. The CME Manager also oversees compliance with ACCME accreditation criteria and standards for independence and integrity and manages the process for maintaining ASH’s ACCME accreditation.
