This Executive Assistant’s main responsibility is providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and the Governance division departments. This includes the coordination of projects and initiatives, ensuring proactive, collaborative communication, comprehensive calendar management and meeting execution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer including coordinating calendars, written correspondence, making travel arrangements, processing expenses and scheduling calls and meetings.
Arranges high level executive support to including proactive calendar management, travel arrangements; scheduling appointments, calls, meetings and coordinating logistics
Compiles documents in the preparation for Board and Divisional meetings.
Coordinates the weekly Senior Leadership Team meetings, bi-weekly Governance Leadership Division Meetings and Quarterly Division meetings through the development of agendas, meeting materials, meeting notes and action items.
Leads efforts with other Senior Leadership Team executive assistants to ensure the effective exchange of information and collaboration and group scheduling between the Senior Leadership Team and Chief Executive Offcer.
Maintains organizational budgets and expense reports within Concur, ensuring that statement cycles are met.
Provides administrative support to the Governance Division and work groups including but not limited to meeting coordination, meeting actions and follow-up, agendas, project plan coordination and support with special projects.

Performs additional related duties as required or assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive administrative position
Project management experience
