POSITION TITLE:Consolidated Services Specialist II
STATUS: Full time / Exempt
REPORTS TO: Manager, Consolidated Services
LOCATION:Chicago, IL (Hybrid: 2 days/week on-site, 3 days/week remote)
The Consolidated Services Specialist II is responsible for administration of Consolidated Services related queries and execution of requests. Serves as the Tier II specialist and provides business support for NCSBN’s programs to meet organizational and operational objectives. Provides accurate, prompt, and professional support to NCSBN’s departments by leveraging the skilled resources. Adheres to and supports the values and cultural framework of the organization and Operations division.
Resolves complex and common function requests utilizing knowledge of the organization’s technology, programs, guidelines, policies, and procedures. Successfully manages the function process while meeting or exceeding department metrics. Shares information and collaborates with appropriate parties and assigns inquiries per process.
Triages subject matter expert requests/issues that require advanced program knowledge and problem-solving skills to respond/resolve.
Supports the operational integrity of NCSBN programs utilizing program knowledge and analytical skills.
Evaluates, maintains, and updates standard operating procedures and other support documentation using writing, proofing, and editing skills.
Upholds program security through process analysis and policy improvement.
Acquires and maintains a highly competent knowledge of relevant products, current support policies, and methods of support delivery to achieve established performance metrics based on standard operating procedures and/or service level agreements and make recommendations for continuous process improvement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or Associate’s degree with minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong understanding of databases.
Experience with Qualtrics strongly preferred.
Experience with processing invoices strongly preferred.
Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce preferred.
Experience with Web and HTML preferred.
Experience creating and formatting reports preferred.
Strong organizational, critical thinking and analytical skills.

Effective communication skills.
Attention to detail; adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work in a hybrid team environment including two days in-office per week, or based upon business need.
