Overview  The Relationship Manager will lead prospect research and customer relationship development and management to drive sales of customized group infection prevention and control (IPC) training and courses. Clients will include, but are not limited to, departments of health, federal/state/local government, and private industry. This position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with prospective group training clients. The Relationship Manager will support customized training proposal and budget development (from templates) and contract negotiation and execution, in collaboration with the Associate Director of Grants & Business Development.  This position requires an individual who is committed to A
