Seeking PT Membership Services Assistant to maintain accurate customer records in the Association’s database and provide excellent and timely customer service to members and other stakeholders. This person will support member and affiliate partner recruitment, renewals, and benefits fulfillment.  He/she will be the point person to respond to customer service requests.
