Under the direction of the Director, Meetings coordinate technical logistics for all meetings. Assist in the coordination of registration, virtual meeting platforms and tools, and contribute staff support to Meetings Managers and Director, Meetings & Exhibits. Assist with organization activities and special projects as directed. Essential Job Functions: (duties may not be ranked by order of importance) Perform duties of Registrar for AGD annual scientific session. This includes assisting in building the registration system, answering registrants’ and exhibitors’ inquiries, and processing refunds and course changes. Coordinate training and manage on-site temporary registration staff at AGD annual scientific session.
