Executive Director
HR Open Standards
The Executive Director is the key management leader of the Consortium and the Foundation. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plans of these two organizations. Other key duties include grant writing, fundraising, and outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors. General Responsibilities Board Governance: Works with the Board of Directors in order to fulfill the two organization’s mission.
Financial Performance and Viability: Develops resources sufficient to ensure the financial health of the organization.
Organization Mission and Strategy: Works with the Board of Directors and staff to ensure that the mission is fulfilled through programs, strategic planning and outreach.
Organization Operations: Oversees and implements the appropriate resources to ensure that the operations of the organization are appropriate.
