Vendor Relations Specialist – Member Services Department
AHCA/NCAL is seeking a Vendor Relations Specialist with a commitment to improving lives by delivering solutions for quality care. The person in this role will support the non-dues revenue programs of the department and serve as a critical component to the success of the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider job experience. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with accounting principles or billing required. Minimum of 3 years exhibits management experience preferred. Knowledge of CRM software system and Convention development system preferred. Experience working in administration of events, sales support in an association environment. Must have the ability to write effectively, have excellent proofreading, communication, organizational and customer service skills. Must have the ability to work with all types of members and non-members to achieve the department non-dues revenue goals. Ability to work as a team player with other departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist and coordinate projects that enable divisions within the Member Services Department to achieve their non-dues revenue goals in the areas of Provider advertising, sponsorships, convention, meetings, exhibits and marketing. The administrative and operational duties include supporting the successful fulfillment and billing associated with all department sales.
