The National Association of Pastoral Musicians (NPM) is seeking a visionary non-profit administrator to serve as executive director. The successful candidate will provide mission-driven leadership to achieve the vision and promise of the organization, "fostering the art of musical liturgy" within the Catholic Church in the United States. Implementing the priorities of the board of directors, the Executive Director will develop programmatic, financial and operational policies, and establish strategies to achieve organizational goals in service to its nearly 5,000 church musician members. The Executive Director will lead and manage a professional staff to accomplish measurable outcomes in accomplishing NPM's mission. The position carries responsibility for participating actively in development efforts to secure and sustain philanthropic funding and investment to support the organization.

Education: Minimum B.A./B.S. in business or a related field; MBA or graduate degree in non-profit administration or organizational leadership preferred
Experience: At least 5 years’ senior level nonprofit management experience preferred
