The National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) represents and advances the interest of organizations that provide home and specialty IV medications to patients at home. NHIA provides education, advocacy, and support to over 350 infusion providers across the country. We are the voice of the home and specialty infusion community and the patients they serve.
NHIA is searching for an experienced Member Services Coordinator to assist with member management including invoicing, payment processing, member interactions, education, and data base management as well as provide back up to our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. The person in the position must have strong desire and ability to provide outstanding service to our members. This position is based in our Alexandria, VA office.
All aspects of NHIA Member services including data base management, phone and email support, invoicing, payment processing, contract fulfillment, etc.
Webinar management, scheduling and reporting
Annual conference participation and planning
Participation in special projects
Education and/or Experience
Demonstrated history of providing high level customer service
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with non-profit or associations desired but not required
Ability to manage multiple priorities and activities
Maintaining a positive attitude and work environment
