We are seeking a motivated, positive, and meticulous individual to join our Compliance and Quality Assurance Department.
Essential functions of the Compliance Manager position:
Ensure operations are conducted in strict conformance with department policies and procedures while maintaining the highest level of customer service to all Inteleos stakeholders
Manage assigned Compliance program staff, their daily activities, training, professional development, mentorship, and performance evaluation to maximize potential and create a team-oriented environment
Ensure tasks, goals and projects of the Compliance and Special Accommodations programs are executed in a timely manner utilizing collaborative and consensus-building management techniques
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and lead change for the betterment of the organization and staff
Assist the Director of Compliance with oversight of compliance violation case review processes, including providing qualitative recommendations regarding violation matters, serving as a liaison to Compliance Panels, and providing support during the various phases of the Compliance hearing process

The ideal candidate will have
Bachelor’s degree, certification or equivalent in a related field
Minimum of three years of experience in a management role
Minimum of five years of experience working in departmental function responsible for handling confidential information in accordance with established confidentiality/privacy policies
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate workflow with staff members from all levels and departments of the organization as well as external contacts
Ability to maintain positive attitude under stressful conditions, and assist in building and maintaining a positive culture in department and organization as a whole
The successful candidate will work in our headquarter office located in Rockville, Maryland, must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Inteleos will not sponsor applicants for work-authorized status now or in the future) and pass an extensive background screening (criminal, education, and skills-assessment).
