Work with staff to develop, maintain, and monitor a master schedule of ongoing projects and recurring tasks: identify areas of responsibility and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and completion of deliverables.
Inform senior management of any potential project-related issues or problems, including those with association members or other stakeholders; help analyze the situation, formulate recommendations, and work toward a resolution.
Provide administrative support to the association President related to the day-to-day operations of the association.
Provide event support to the Director of Events and Education, including assisting with preparation for events, organizing and shipping materials; maintaining event inventory; compiling sponsorship recognition and survey comparisons.
Provide support to Sr. Manager for Communications & Member Services, including managing the event app and updating records in member archives and membership database.
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in comparable roles
A record of successfully managing and executing multiple tasks and responsibilities with competing deadlines
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Well organized, detail oriented, and creative problem-solver
Able to step into a leadership role in project management
Proficient with Microsoft Office software
