The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) seeks a Membership Coordinator to provide high level administrative support for association membership, and Leadership Network memberships and programs.
Primary responsibilities will include managing the association membership database; facilitating all membership mailings related to renewals, acquisitions and applications; managing leadership network memberships and renewals; and supporting network programs and online communities for seven Leadership Networks. Membership database management using an association management system (AMS) will be a primary responsibility of this position.
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years of administrative and membership related experience, preferably in an association. Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and have excellent ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written forms of communication. Experience with association management database ClearVantage by Euclid a plus.
