A central New Jersey association management firm, is seeking a highly energized individual with leadership skills and a strong business orientation to join our team as an Executive Director. Hands-on, strategic thinker with a can-do attitude with excellent communication skills. A resourceful, self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task would be our ideal candidate.
This individual should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of association management experience. Skills should include knowledge of board governance, meetings management, membership database management, budgeting and financial management. Some local travel required.
