AMDA is ready to grow its live meeting sponsorship and exhibit program offering. With an expanded audience of attendees, the opportunities for developing the sales program are unlimited.
The Exhibits and Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for the development, promotion and marketing, sales, and coordination of AMDA’s exhibit and sponsorship programs. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage exhibit and sponsorship program operations for all live meetings, including selling exhibit booths and sponsorships, developing accurate budget projections, tracking, analyzing and reporting on exhibit and sponsorship sales, and developing marketing collateral.
Coordinate on-site logistics for exhibitors and sponsors in the exhibit and sponsorship opportunities provided in conjunction with AMDA’s educational programs, including catering, registration, signs/banners, and other duties as assigned to accommodate needs of exhibitors and sponsors at live AMDA programs.
Grow exhibit and sponsorship program participation; develop prospects, engage in market research, and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop new and innovative sponsorship opportunities and industry partnerships.
Minimum of five years’ experience in exhibit, sponsorship and advertising sales and management.
CEM certification preferred
General sales and marketing experience.
Experience with association or non-profit Event/Exhibits.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical, communication, time management, project coordination and organization skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Track record in developing, implementing and managing creative exhibit, sponsorship and advertising programs.
