The Director oversees the Member Services & Professional Development Division to support organizational goals and OSCPA Strategic Plan. Works in conjunction with and in support to President/CEO and VP/COO to accomplish overall organizational goals and activities.
The Director manages and directs Member Services and Professional Development team and associated activities working in conjunction with President/CEO and VP/COO. In addition, the position provides volunteer coordination oversight and participation as relates to membership and educational events and in support of organization.
Oversight of Member Services, including all aspects of recruitment and retention of members.
Oversight of annual dues process, including direction of marketing activities.
Ensure outreach and involvement with college/university academia in Oregon and WSU Vancouver as relates to career development and membership.
Managing, directing, planning and developing programming associated with OSCPA Professional Development programs and services including curriculum, group programming, self-study and web programming, and onsite sales.
Develop and implement annual CPE course schedule in conjunction with a volunteer committee and all related tasks. The schedule will include a budget for revenue and expenses.
Oversight of OSCPA webcasts.
Serve as staff advisor and an online community advisor for various committees.
Monthly event job costing and financial closures.
Meet annual budgetary, registration and membership goals.
Coordinates with vendors, members and educational contacts.
Planning and marketing for membership and educational programs.
Oversee customer service, hospitality, and facility functions related to member events and educational programs.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience Requirements: Prefer at least 3 years of experience in Association management, membership or adult education.
Travel Requirements: Some in-state and out-of-state travel for meetings, conferences, presentations.
