Apex Management is looking for support in membership for our association clients. Our ideal candidate maintains an attention to detail and strives for efficiency. Strong time management skills, a smile you can see through the phone or email, and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed will go a long way. Strong technical skills are also important. While responsible to our Executive positions internally, you will also have contact with association members and client leadership, as well as the membership committee members. Therefore, the ability to think on your feet and maintain a professional and positive demeanor is also very important.
Your primary tasks will include: daily entry/confirmation of membership renewals, data entry of members into a listserv system, annual renewal notices, monthly reports, communications to lapsed members, and answering member inquiries with regard to membership and registrations. A lot of data entry is required. This will be done for four association clients.

Other web-based programs, such as Constant Contact
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong proficiencies in the programs mentioned above will give you a strong advantage. Applicant should have a minimum of an associate’s degree and two years experience in customer service, membership or administration.
1-3 years experience in membership, database management, customer service
Strong skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Great time management skills
Ability to interact effectively and professionally with members and association leadership
