Alexandria healthcare association (close to King Street Metro) is seeking experienced candidates for Vice President, Educational Programming. The position will be reporting to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for all association program development, finding vehicles and engaging methods of delivery and developing content that meets the business and professional needs of the associations members. The candidate will be responsible for program evaluation and growth, and will oversee adherence to ACPE (Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education) standards for all programs as well as ACPE reporting.

A comprehensive knowledge of the application of continuing education standards and criteria is highly desirable. Knowledge of the business and professional issues of the community pharmacy market and experience with educational programming for this market is desirable. Some travel required; exposure to non-profit association is a plus.
