Seeking an administrative assistant to assist with the management, registration and reporting of continuing education programs required for licensure of our more than 3,000 members. Candidate must be well-organized, self-motivated, work independently and able to multi-task.
This position is also responsible for maintenance of multiple member databases. Candidate must have excellent grasp of database structure and compiling requested queries. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Access required.
Answering phones calls, responding to member needs, processing mail and other clerical duties as needed. Customer services skills are required.
